TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Priority Pest Control's website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Service Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the property owner or authorized representative to schedule service. By booking, you represent that you have the right to authorize pest control work at the service address.
Free Inspections & Quotes
Free inspections and written quotes are provided as a courtesy and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We reserve appointment time exclusively for you. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee at our discretion.
- We may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or technician availability. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind every job. If pests covered by your service plan return between scheduled treatments, we will return at no additional charge to address the issue. Guarantees are limited to pests and areas explicitly covered in the service agreement and require continued participation in the agreed plan.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective treatment, you agree to:
- Provide safe access to all areas requiring treatment
- Disclose known allergies, medical conditions, or pets
- Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment preparation instructions
- Maintain reasonable sanitation in treated areas
- Promptly report new pest activity
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Florida law.
Termite & WDO Inspections
Termite and Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection reports reflect the condition of accessible areas only at the time of inspection. Areas obstructed by furniture, insulation, walls, or other coverings cannot be evaluated. WDO reports are governed by additional Florida regulatory requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Priority Pest Control is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
Health & Safety
We use EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians. If you have specific concerns about products being used, please tell us before service so we can adjust where appropriate.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website by attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or otherwise interfering with normal operation. Content on our website is the property of Priority Pest Control and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
